FAQ

YES - The more company the merrier! An additional driver can be added at no additional cost. The additional driver or passengers must be present to sign the release form at the time of rental. For riders who are underage, parents or a legal gaurdian will be responsible for signing on their behalf.

MAYBE! You must have a 'fleet' policy, and we will require a certificate of insurance showing full coverage with Big Toy Shop as the loss payable. Our rentals, however, do come with insurance and registration coverage.

YES - Drop-offs can be made anytime during business hours. The rental period will be recalculated to the drop-off time and the total number of days rented will be rounded up the nearest whole number.

YES - If the rental unit is returned past the drop-off deadline, a charge of $25/hour will be added for every hour the rental is late. The total number of hours will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

YES - Reservations can be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the original pickup time if there is availability. Please call our office to make arrangements. For cancelations, the advance deposit is non-refundable.

NO! Plan your trip your way! Our rentals are only bookable per day for however long you need it for during riding season. Our 2023 riding season is May 1 - September 30.

If you're needing the bike longer, please call into the store to confirm the rental unit's availability for extension. Upon confirmation, you will need to bring the bike back to the store and sign a written ammendment for the new due date.

YES - Your roadtrip across Canada awaits! Our rentals are also available for travel within North America.

Pricing is variable depending on the model selected. The price range is $199 - $429 + GST per day. For rental periods 7 days or more, get  (1) rental day FREE on us!

NO - All rental units must be picked up and dropped off at Big Toy Shop (6135 99  St. NW, Edmonton, Alberta) during business hours.
